Hi Scotty. I have a 2015 Mercedes GLA250 FWD. The backup camera only works 1/2 the time and my trunk mounted woofer is making strange noises. The nice mechanic lady said it can only be diagnosed if I bring it in when the camera isn't working (and of course it was working that day.) The computer codes say only that there is a communication problem with the camera. The backup camera was replaced once under warranty.

It probably didn't occur to the nice "mechanic" lady that the hatch wiring harness is faulty.
