hello I ran my 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500 4.8 L with 146,000 miles , three or four days with 1 1/2 quarts low engine oil. Do you think I caused any significant damage? Thank you

No, as long as the engine oil light didn't come on, you still had plenty of oil pressure. I've seen them with three or four quarts low and they didn't do any damage
@scottykilmer oil light didn’t come on . But the cluster said check oil level for a few days I’m assuming . I just didn’t see it . Thank you
