Hey Scotty, I have rust inside my doors and was wondering what tools and materials I would need to stop it? Just surface rust and one door has it bubbling a little bit. Thanks!

stop the source of water. Change the seals.

Make sure the drains at the bottom of your doors are clear.

You can't stop rust once it starts except by cutting out and replacing the rusty metal. However you can slow it down. Spray an anti-rust compound like Fluid Film inside the doors, especially along the bottom seam where moisture tends to collect.

To completely stop the rust you have to eliminate it. Yet this procedure is difficult because you'll have to repaint the piece of metal you have cleaned of rust. However if the rust is not that bad you might opt for a anti-rust spray. Additionally I use a hydrophobic spray from Chemical Guys and apply it on areas where water is more likely to accumulate(seals, lower part of doors, trunk, etc.)
Good luck!
