Is a product for rust removal named Jakehoe Concentrated Rust Removal for Steel and Iron legit for a vehicle body? Or can you suggest one that will be safe? I have a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 5.3L LT 188000kms.

The only way to eliminate rust is to cut out the rotten metal and weld good metal in its place.
If you just want to slow the rust down you could use a product like POR15 or Zero Rust to encapsulate it. The rust will eventually come through though. (I have no idea who this "Jakehoe" guy is or if his product is any better.)
