Saab won't stay running

I have bought a 2007 Saab 9-3 SportCombi with a 6 speed. Very rare car! The car was bought inoperable. I was told the issue was with the fuel management computer. Car has new packs and plugs and injector seals. Also I bought a remanufactured fuel computer that is VIN matched from a vendor that specializes in that product. The fuel pressure at idle is supposed to be around 41 if I recall correctly. It will read about 39 on my gauge. Noid lights read good on the injector connectors. The car is full of gas but the gauge in the cabin says empty. The fuel pump and sending unit are combined. The car has 298k on it but is in ridiculously good cosmetic condition for the miles. Bought with love and not wanting a rare Saab to die. The car will start but cough out after about 15 seconds. I am trying to figure out what to do next to have it run. Can you please advise? Scotty, love the channel, been watching for years and I even remember you on TV!

You're absolutely insane buying that car they're one of the cars that led SOB into bankruptcy

their endless money pets in the United States parts are almost impossible to find good luck trying to get that thing running I wouldn't put 50 cents into that thing. They do make good lawn ornaments though.even I don't have the scan tool equipment to work on one of those Saab seriously

That car is mostly GM, the 9-3 from 2003-on used GM's global 4-cylinder engine. The dealer-level scan tool for GM-era Saabs is the Tech2 and it is really needed for any serious troubleshooting. There are fairly inexpensive Tech2 clones available from places like chinacardiags.com. Saab parts (now Orio) was a separate company that was not included in the bankruptcy so the parts situation is not completely dire.

You might want to ask around for help on a Saab board specific to that model:
