I have a question my sister has a 2014 Acura Tsx and I have 2009 Acura Tsx it's basically the same car and engine is the same but her oil cap says it uses 0W oil and my cap says 5W but we have the same engine and her car runs better than mine should I switch to the 0W idk will it hurt my engine as far as I know they both are the same 4cylinder engines but maybe they could of added something to it in 2014 idk my car is an automatic with 138k miles hers is also auto with 62k miles
Yes, you can switch to the 0w oil. Newer cars switched to 0w STRICTLY for fuel economy. I doubt you would notice any difference switching from 5w to 0w, but you can switch if you really want to. Of course your sister's car is going to run better since her engine is newer than yours. Just make sure you use the same operating temp viscosity (like the number 30 in 5w-30).

Your car was built for 5W-20 but Acura retroactively made it ok to use 0W-20. Your sisters used 0W-20 from the start.
You both have 2nd generation of TSX with 2.4 K24Z3 engine with 150 kW? Your engine and car are fresh ones and sister's are perfected. This is probably due to perfection.
Do you have any issues with engine?
Check if you can use this oil
