My BlueDriver OBD2 reader is often returning code P1722, "Vehicle speed signal circuit", and no other codes.  When I clear the code and drive around sometimes the code does not appear immediately but eventually it reappears.  The BlueDriver app says "1 Frequently Reported Fix, Repaired Automatic Transmission control module wiring harness".

Neither the check engine nor any other warning lights is not on.  I haven't noticed any problems with the vehicle transmission.  It car seems to be operating the same way as the last time I brought it to the Nissan dealer for service at 59000 miles.

autocodes.com says: P1722 NISSAN Possible Causes What does this mean? Faulty Vehicle Speed Sensor, Vehicle speed sensor harness is open or shorted, Vehicle speed sensor circuit poor electrical connection.

Is this a big deal?  After another 800 miles I would normally bring the car to a Nissan Dealer for a 3000 mile oil change and any recommended service.  Should I bring it for service sooner?  When I bring it in should I inform the service department of my BlueDriver showing the code, or just let them diagnose it?

Vehicle: 2009 Nissan Cube Krom, 61200 miles, CVT, I think the engine is 1.8L.

If you have warranty, let them fix it. If not, do not worry about it, but if you want to fix it, buy the sensor and replace it, it is not a hard job.
