I have a scion TC 07 base model. It is making a weird whistling/ howling noise sort of like turbos make at around 1,100rmp. At higher speeds the engine sounds perfect. Could it be an exhaust leak since there is sometimes rattling noise coming from the exhaust?

Well it could be but usually exhaust don't whistle to find the source of noises do my video finding the source of car noises Scotty
