Have a scion XP 2008 with 118,000 miles with a manual transmission at speeds Under 55 miles an hour my stick shift vibrates but only in fifth gear.. thanks

Could be a lot of things, from bad motor mounts, to hardening of the shifter bushing, to internal transmission issues.
Diagnosis is probably a hands-on process, and you might not get a definitive answer on a forum. That said, if the motor is running smoothly and shifts are smooth and precise, and clutch feel is appropriately progressive, I would probably just live with it.
