Scotty I'm at a loss, 2001 ford excursion 7.3 diesel. squishy break pedal. followed all your tips, had a bad rear caliber that was trashed replaced it along with the master cylinder. used cheater bar to bleed air out. replaced all rotors and pads bleed and still isn't hard as a rock. it's a lot better but bot 100%? Any ideas

Did you use a scan tool to bleed the ABS? Some cars from that era you had to have a scan tool to bleed the ABS system. Nowadays, it's basically required if you take off brake calipers.
