Get neither of them if you value your money.

Get the Fusion but only if it's naturally aspirated ones they can be decent.

I had a 2013 Ford Fusion before I upgraded to a 2017 V6 Mustang that was brand new, and a year old. It was cool. The 1.6L engine left much to be desired, though. I don't think Ford ever had the crappy 10-speed that they made their F-150s with, they had transmissions designed by ZF. It's an okay car, but they don't make them anymore. So you will have to resort to buying one 2nd hand. Make sure a mechanic checks it out.

Stay away from the Chrysler 200. It's a rebadged Fiat. As Scotty says, they're now owned by Renault and Stellantis is the new name. They're the Three Stooges of automotive manufacturing.

I had a 2015 Ford Fusion and it was very good car. I sold it at 120,000 miles because I wanted a Camry. My Fusion never had any problem and was very reliable. Sadly, Ford discontinued it. So I'd go with the Fusion.

Chrysler on the other hand, has never made a decent product that I knew of. The specific 200 model you mentioned is a nightmare the making if you decide to purchase it. Every Chrysler still look the same since the dinosaur age. From aesthetic to functionality. When it comes to repairs, it's an endless money pit.
