Scotty, My 2008 F150 with the 5.4 has a ticking noise, Drivers side. Iam using a 5.30 syn blend. I figure its the hydraulic lifter or roller. Should i replace just the lose ones or all of them.

It could be the intake manifold gasket? They sometimes vibrate making a tick sound.

depends on how many miles if it's high mileage are better replacing them all but do have a mechanic check it out first to make sure it's the lifters we can check them out real fast in person many things can make noises
