Previous owner disconnected the battery cable when he parked the car; reconnected before driving. Said it was the CD changer in the trunk that drained the battery but he was never able to figure out how to disconnect or remove it. I thought maybe the fuse could be pulled but there are two and the one inside on the kick plate operates more than just this cd changer so I haven't fiddled with it. The problem might not even be the changer. So what to do about this? Except for scratches when he squeezed it into his garage, it's a beautiful car. Fast turnover, quiet idle, immediate response, smooth ride, climbs hills effortlessly. It 's a 1995 SC400 gold trim. 118000 miles.
Thanks!
