I have a 2010 chevy impala that was broken into..people damage anti theft module so replaced it, but now i have absolutely no power even after jump starting vehicle. I guess my question is how do i know if the starter fuses are bad. Anything advise

According to the shop manual at https://charm.li it appears there's a starter fuse and starter relay in the underhood fuse block. Testing those should be pretty straightforward. However, it seems likely your anti-theft module is killing the power. There could have been other damage or it may be necessary to program that module to the car.
