Scotty, I have 2005 Nissan Armada 4x4 with 181k miles and an Automatic Transmission. BulletProof 5.6L V8 but my car is consuming more gas than usual. I did my own coolant flush and coolant change with the correct coolant. I made one mistake overfilling the coolant reservoir with distilled water which exerted out and underneath the car. Has water damaged any electrical components causing excessive consumption. What should I do?
What did codes and live data show when you scanned it?
Haven’t checked yet. Do you know where I could get it read within Indiana, Fishers. I have no engine codes.
Not familiar with the area. Any good mechanic with a pro scan tool should be able to do it.

No, that's very rare.
Maybe it's worth replacing the coolant again at a shop, just in case you made other mistakes along the way, I'd be more worried about air in the system than anything else.
Clean MAF, MAP, throttle, Check your air filter, check if any of the live data looks weird (both with the car on and off), etc.
Are you sure it's consuming more fuel? Do you have an exact measurement in MPG?
From my experience, most of the time when someone has a "worse gas milage concern" on an older, when you measure the actual MPG turns out it still normal. (for an Armada, 10-15MPG is the norm)
It has a built-in MPG average and Miles till empty on the infotainment system. I even see the amount of gas being used while accelerating which is showing me that the car is consuming more gas than usual while idling and accelerating. Afterwards, I went to a shop and got them to do a coolant flush, but nothing changed.
