With the thousands of Scotty videos, everything seems to always work out. In real life, we know that's not true. Could Scotty post outtakes where something went wrong; his going into a tirade and stitching together a chain of profanities? It would be quite entertaining. Being a retired service manager, I would totally relate.

You're never going to see it. Scotty curates his persona . . . The sociologist Goffman distinguished between "front stage" "back stage" and "off stage" behavior. Unless Scotty attracts paparazzi, you're only going to see "front stage" behavior because Scotty self-produces his own videos.
And that's OK, as far as I am concerned.
