Rough idle

I have a 1996 Camaro z28, I changed the optispark water pump, replaced new plugs and wires Tripple checked to make sure wires are on correct, also changed the fuel filter.

when I start the car it has some hesitation but it starts, at idle it runs rough when I put it in gear it stalls, I replaced the crank sensor and no change, if I give it gas with foot on the brake I can drive it but it sounds like a lot of air being sucked in from air filter it is loud and it pings like it has bad gas, then after about 5 min driving I hear what sounds like a loud pressure from the engine and then it starts to run worse and smokes, it some times blows my dipstick out and oil goes everywhere, please help I'm lost.

The mechanic charged me 1000 bucks to replace the oil pan gasket.

I will be replacing the o2 and another new crank sensor, I have no clue what the other codes mean

Instead of just shotgunning parts, have you attempted to do a diagnostic? I think a smoke test would be a good place to start. Code 400 is EGR and code 1441 is related to evap system flowing during non purge condition.

it sounds like you may have many problems. the brake thing sounds like your brake booster going out. Your dipstick flying out sounds like its related to your PCV valve or hose malfunctioning. Some of the other codes relate to your MAP sensor and others. Check the wiring for continuity. 1000 bucks for an oil pan gasket sounds like youre getting milked. be careful, do as much work as you can yourself.

Check that all vacuum lines are properly routed and connected.  You may have disturbed something while changing the plugs and wires.  You may also have a faulty crank position sensor that's not allowing correct spark timing.  Check its electrical connection to make sure it's correct and tight.
