Looks like an essentially overhyped Blue Driver knockoff.

For similar “class” (smartphone) scanners I would just get the Bluedriver. That one is highly recommended, true/tried, and time and again the preferred smartphone scanner for <$100.

You can also look on his youtube channel he has many videos on higher quality ones (but also more expensive). Maybe this will help.
