Hey so my 04 Ford F-150 shakes a lot when I have it in drive but it stops after I put it drive. I honestly don’t know what it could be but the muffler was cut off when I bought it and it’s straight piped and it lose it arms that hold it up so I put hanger wires on it to keep it from falling and scraping the floor any tips?

Yeah the exhaust vibration is happening because it wasn't done correctly.
Take it to a muffler shop. They will get it in the air and help you fix it.

exhaust is usually hung from rubber bands, so by using rigid wire you're transmitting more vibration.
