Scotty! You are absolutely correct!

I watched your video today you talked about vehicle pulls to one side but alignment numbers are all good in specs.

I got same issue on one of my vehicles, the issues happened since I changed the shock struts.

The shop which installed shocks and other shops I tried to look for helps they all claimed my alignment is good.

I asked them about Steering Axis Inclination because I have changed somethings on suspension system. But they said they don’t check SAI and nothing wrong of my alignment. They could NOT do more on it.

Usually the 1/1000 inch difference won’t affect safety but some sensitive drives can really feel it and don’t feel comfortable with it. Many shops have no patience or even they are not capable to adjust it.

That’s really hard to find a real alignment shop.

And the people in tire shops they don’t know how to use machines.

They scratched my brand new wheels when dismount tires form wheels. Very deep scratches.

They are absolutely don’t know what are they doing. Even I asked their manager about the damage, he claimed that scratches are normal during tire change.
