from Day One ( April 23, 2022) my issue is a SCRATCHING NOISE WHEN BRAKING Randomly on the NEW- 2022 RAV4 Hybrid XLE. Can you please help me?

Pay attention to when it happens the most. Brake pads can make such noise when they are wet. For example, after you leave a car wash. Does it happen at high or low speed?
Sorry for the delay. was busy with my doctors... it's happening randomly, at both high and low speeds, and even when the weather is
85 and above still happen.
it's very weird. I believe it may come from the CVT Transmission because the scratch sound comes from the area under me and the
break panel startsto vibrate. I believe Toyota sold me a lemon. with my luck, my 2022 RAV4 Hybrid will break down after the warranty expires. April 23, 2024.

THE CUSTOMER STATES A SCRATCHING NOISE WHEN BRAKING DOWN HILLS |~WE TEST DRIVE THE VEHICLE AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE NOISE. WE CHECKED THE BRAKES AND THEY ARE GOOD.
