I have an '04 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5.7 Hemi slightly modified. I put SeaFoam in the power brake booster hose slowly to try to clean out the underside of my intake manifold. Did that do anything? (Other than make a lot of white smoke) I did it 8 Years ago. Should I do it again? I just want to know if it helps?

Don't put Seafoam in a modern automobile engine. It was designed for 2-stroke outboard motors.

Never use Seafoam in any 4 cycle engine, ever.
