Hey scotty i have a 96 ford f150 that shakes in the rear of the truck when coasting at 45 miles per hour then stop after it shifts the truck has 156,000 miles on it what do you think it could be? personally i think its a u joint but I'm not positive

It could be. Start with checking them. Also, make sure the driveshaft is balanced.
