Hey scotty, looking to replace my 1996 Buick century with a 1992 caprice classic with a 305 small block with 55000 original miles. Clean title, looks fantastic , and everything is stock. Guy wants 4000. Do you think it's worth all that much? Is it a good buy?

How about $2000 and verified mileage?
They aren't worth anything and regardless of miles you are going to be replacing a lot of parts due to age.

Its 3 decades old, no way is he getting 4 grand for it.
