Scotty,
I am currently looking at a 2018 Chevy Malibu LT 1.5 liter Turbo. The dealership is asking $17,970. The car itself has a little over 66,000 miles, but the engine was replaced just under 20,000 miles. The car seems in really great condition and drives well, but could this be a bad deal since it’s not the original engine? I don’t have much information, but I am assuming this was under manufacture warranty as it was done a year after initial purchase and being at low mileage. It was also confirmed to have been completed at a Chevy dealer, if that makes any difference. Could this be a good deal or should this be something I should steer clear of?
Make sure you run away at lightening speed from that. The Malibu is a poorly made disposable car.
