It is a 93 Toyota Corolla, automatic transmission, 189171 miles, private owner. Kept in open garage. Needs work. Turn signal switch, battery, tires, all fluids, etc. Owner could not recall last time car was started or how long it has actually been sitting. I drive an average of 38000 miles a year. Thank you.

A nearly 30-year-old car with 189K miles on it is a poor choice for driving 38,000 miles/year. Heck, if it's not running you can't even test drive it. Run away.
