[Solved] Should I buy a 2003 Oldsmobile Aurora with only 20,000 kms?

Hey Scotty,

I came across a 2003 Olds Aurora with only 20,000 original kms for sale. It was owned by a dealer for 19 years and then bought by this other guy very recently. It has the V8 Northstar engine and appears to have very very little to no rust.

Is it reliable and are spares and body parts easy to come by? Moreover, are the inexpensive to maintain?

Regards,

Abhi

The mileage 20K km (12,427 miles) is a Fairy Tale.  Since the word "dealer" and "Northstar" came up in the same post and are clear indications of dishonesty and non-existant reliability respectively, I would run away screaming from this deal.

"Northstar V8" and "reliable" do not really belong in the same sentence, though there were improvements made in the later editions of the engines.
