Clarification: Price? And what does the tune consist of exactly?

Koni and H&R shock absorbers, GPS Blutooth radio, Hurst front and rear wheel disk brakes, air intake, procal ford racing manual transmission

For a car with that milage 10k is still too much even with all the modifications, I'd say it's worth 5k tops.
