is a 2008 Toyota Tundra 4x4 V8 175,000 miles for $8,300 a good buy?

they sell for $11-12,000 down here
i paid $8600 for a 2002 4x4 with 194k for pulling toys
this one has 402k miles and they asking $8500

So then how much do you think it’s worth??
Yeah I seen Chevy, Dodge and ford trucks in rougher shape around the same years similar miles that were listed more than that Tundra which was pathetic but everything’s too much money these days.
