Should I buy a 2014 Honda ballade from a dealer (it's an automatic transmission, mileage 106 000 km) with the following problem
Handbrake travelling too high
Atypical noise on suspension
Engine Oil leaking

The Honda City (Fit/Jazz sedan) is an extremely reliable workhorse, however, the one you’re looking at seems to be not well looked after.
Keep searching for other examples of this car. They are extremely reliable, if you find a good used one.
