18 years old for $6K? NO.
Did not buy it was gone within an hour after they posted it on marketplace

I think it may be good to just keep your eyes open for a deal, but do you're best to keep an older car going until these insane prices drop.
Just sold my 2016 f-150 and now it's almost impossible to get anything decent. Seems like I will have to buy brand new. Used market is crazy.

Definitely consider buying new because as you've noticed used car prices are extremely high. My 2022 Civic touring cost me less (bought at msrp) than a 2 or 3 year old version of the same car. Only thing is you might have better chance at buying at msrp without dealership additional items if you can buy from allocation before the vehicle arrives on the lot.
