He said the price is negotiable, and its a clean title. He's the 3rd owner. Only issue he said was that at stop signs if you stop for a few seconds longer than normal that the car will die and turn off. He said you just crank it over and it starts back up. I'm guessing this is some kind of EG Valve or Idle Air Control.

I don't recommend buying a car with issues. It shows the owner didn't care enough to get it fixed, which means they have likely not done maintenance as directed.
