I acquired a 2005 Ford Fleetwood Jamboree class C RV with only 18000 miles on it. The RV has the V-10 Triton engine and auto transmission with the 450 chassis. Also the vehicle has sat for 5 yrs and never started. I changed out the batteries, oil, fuel and air filters and it started right up. My question is: Should I change out the other fluids such as the differential gear oil, transmission fluid and filter and replace the coolant before taking this RV on the road? If a transmission change is required should it be the flush? What is your advice on getting this RV mechanically road ready? Thanks in advance.

Top them up, but I wouldn't do anything until I was sure this thing was worth keeping. Drive it around a bit first and see what you're up against.
