Hello, I have a 2008 Toyota Camry LE V6 with 223,000 miles. I just wondering is this the time to change the spark plug? These are the 3 spark plugs from the front bank.
Yes.

In a nut-shell:
- use OEM spark-plugs, the dimensions of the spark plugs is critical
- choose iridium over platinum or copper if available, iridium spark-plugs (OEM) tend to last the longest

Yes, change it. Use OEM. Change all at one go.
The electrodes are still in good shape and have lots of life in them. I would just check it with a spark plug gap tool.
You also have some black buildup on them which could indicate engine problems, such as rich mixture or oil burning. Take it for an Italian tune-up.
