Hello, I’m driving a 2011 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner V6 with 108,000 miles on it, and it has an automatic transmission. The transmission fluid has never been changed, I got it used from my dad and he never messed with it, I guess it’s way too late to change the transmission fluid? Transmission still runs well, occasionally bumps almost too little to notice but overall no issues. Thanks!

It is not too late, and I would change it now: drain and fill (with filter change). From this point onward change the fluid no later than every 60,000 miles (I personally like to go more aggressive at every 40,000-50,000 miles).
