Hey Scotty I recently purchased an 01 4Runner Sport Utility 4x4 it had its transmission fluid flushed at 110,000 it now has 230,000 miles should I get it flushed again or leave it be? Thanks Scotty I found your videos at the perfect time. I almost financed a new Tesla before I found them! Wound up buying the 4Runner outright for cheap and I love it!

This is asked a lot and is answered in the FAQs .
Transmission flushes aren't recommended as they can easily create problems. Your 4R had 2 done, one at 110K and again at 168K and it survived. The interval is good, the method is bad. So yes, change the fluid and filter. Just don't have it flushed.
Correction it actually last had it’s transmission flushed at 164,000 miles
