The spark plugs in my car should have around 20k miles on them if the dealer changed them before I purchased the vehicle a couple years back.

Those look like copper plugs.
You can clean them and put them back, or just upgrade to Iridium plugs and be done with it. That's the route I would go personally.
But nothing catastrophic is indicated in your photo.
