They both have CVT transmission.
Does Nissan CVT have launch gear like Honda/Toyota CVT?

They don't have lunch gears and I would never buy a Nissan product myself the quality is too low
@scottykilmer then, I have no choice but to get a non-CVT Nissan: Frontier, Armada, or Pathfinder!!
