Corroded pipe inside the engine bay

How to paint a corroded brake/abs/4x4 solenoid line inside the engine bay it is starting to corrode and it has a small rust. the line was galvanized metal what is the best way to remove the rust??

I think a picture might help.

It depends a lot on how close it is to the engine, and heat.

Often on parts that are not that close, I will use regular rustoleum, and it works fine. Perhaps even feel the part after driving a while and see how hot it is.

I just bought some 600 degree engine rustoleum that I plan to use on my rear differential. I know it can get hot, but not terribly hot. I think it can get around 200, which is too hot for regular paint. I tried before and it didn't work.
