Hello everyone!

I have a 90's car, which no longer has ball points for lubrication for the chassis joints/rubber (94' Opel Corsa B).

Should I use WD-40 Silicone spray for such lubrication? I've used it for the automatic window rubbers and they work amazingly great, like brand new now.

If not, what's a popular spray that should be used for such lubrication underneath?

No, what you linked is best used for things like the lubricating the trim around the window to prevent wear to the regulators.

For chassis / rubber, you need something like this:

BUT IT'S BEST JUST TO GO AND BUY THE CORRECT GREASE AT A CAR PARTS STORE.

Thank you so much for the information @Dan

I went to the car parts store many times, where they have an exclusive WD-40 stand with various products, and I have never seen that one here in my country! I will definetely do some more searching, thank you! Wink

Aerosols won’t do anything. The ball joint is a high pressure joint that requires grease.

How about for the rubber of the bill joints? Would that do anything to extended the life before it starts cracking?

You mean the the boot that’s supposed to be filled with grease? Nah. Waste of time IMO.

Hello @MountainManJoe and @Kaizen,
I ask this because I watched this video:

This individual has a 2000's Mercedes, whose underneath looks very similar to my car, and he fixes the chassis/suspension squeaky noises by applying a spray. It worked very well for him.
What do you think?

If your balljoint ever starts to make the noise like you hear in the video, please replace it immediately, before your wheel decides it wants to part ways with your car.
