I own a 2014 Corolla Hatchback with ~110000km (~68350 miles). I've done a brake fluid flush and have bled the air out of the master cylinder in hopes of fixing my sinking brake pedal. Now when I step on the brakes while the engine is off, the pedals feel firm, but when the engine is on, they sink all the way to the floor.
Could this mean there's an internal leak in my master cylinder and will need to get it replaced? I live in Australia if that helps in any way.

If you are 100% sure there is no air in the braking system and you do not see any leak from the master cylinder, you may have leak in the brake booster.
