I have a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder that I have changed the master cylinder, wheel cylinders, and some brake lines on but after bleeding the system I still can't get a good brake pedal. What do I need to check, and is it possible the abs is causing this issue?

You need a high end bidirectional scanner to set the ABS solenoids to properly bleed the brakes. See some Youtube videos.
