Scotty, sence six point sockets don't round off the bolts as easily as twelve point ones why aren't they all six points ? John Parker, Birmingham Alabama

12 point sockets were made to take off square head bolts.

Sometimes 12 points go on easier if it's an old nut or bolt covered in rust and crud. I try and avoid though

What are your main issues may be rust I would be Cautious
