Hi Scotty hope you're doing well, I've bought a 2000 3.8 v6 mustang with a manual transmission I've owned this mustang since April it's been a very good car too me but I can't find the issue that's causing it to skip I believe it's a fuel injector (codes,P1131 p0174) and so far I've changed the spark plugs and spark plug wires once I did that it started running smoother but anyway what do you think is causing the problem?

Did you change the coil pack? A bad coil pack can cause misfires as well and can trigger weird codes (my 2000 ford excursion was throwing transmission codes due to bad coil packs). I would avoid the cheap coils, quality control is not the best and they can be bad right out of the box.

I'll try that and see if it solves it thx you
