It’s a 15 Ford Focus Hach with 109k Miles absolutely no problems but I keep getting P0456 (Small E-vap leak) I replaced a sensor and valves The check engine light comes on and off by it self and it’s only that code

Clarification: which sensors and valves have already been replaced? And were they replaced with OEM?

Yea there OEM purge valve, Canister Purge Valve, EVAP Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor

If you can't find the cause through a smoke test, it be pretty difficult to say otherwise. Best of luck to you.

Yes and I Tried the balloon Method when you cover the gas cap.
