I have a 2002 Toyota rav4, I connected my OBDll meter, all of the smog items checked OK and no codes, except for one. The catalyst monitor. I have gone up and down the freeway at 45 mph, 55 and 70 mph, stop and go. But nothing I do helps. I have looked in Youtube and google search. I have tried many driving scenarios with no luck, help you can help, thank you. Mileage is 157,000.

Results: One of my sensors(Bank2 sensor1) was not bad enough to light up the service engine light and send code. The reading on the sensor was approximately between 30mv and 375mv and did not send a code to the computer. Bought a new one , everything is well!.
You could try a catalyst cleaning product. It is also possible one or both O2 sensors are bad, particularly if they are original on a 20-year-old vehicle. What does live data for the O2 sensors show?
