I have a Mazda RX-8 with a 4 speed automatic, has 103,000km on the odometer. When I rev the engine, it doesn't rev up smoothly and it idles rough. But the check engine light is not on. The abs light and the parking brake light stays on while driving too. What's the problem?

Normally it will turn on a check engine light if it runs that bad about the only thing that can do that without turning the check engine light on it's a clogged fuel filter or weak fuel pump is the computer does not know fuel pressure and can't trip a code for that.
