I have a 2007 Ford F-150 lariat supercrew 5.4 Triton. I need help to change the spark plugs. Everything I've seen and read have made it seem very difficult and risky for this particular vehicle. Can you shed some light or give any tips? A video on this vehicle would be great!

Ford made the heads really badly on some of those engines. The spark plugs are know to "self eject". Or they break off in the engine.
Just use proper tools (spark plug socket + extensions), work very carefully , and use lots of penetrating lube. Use a torque wrench and do not over-tighten.
