I have a 2000 dodge neon 150k miles
Found that one spark plug was loose, went to try take it out and the thing inside of the spark plug wire got stuck in top of the spark plug itself
So I put a spark plug socket in and that got stuck on top of all that, soon I'm not able to loosen the spark plug itself because I can't fully get socket on it cuz of the thing stuck on top of the plug. I spent hours trying to use different tools I have to get it out. Wish I hard needle nose plyers but I don't.

I think you're dealing with an issue like this:

And the plugs are really deep inside the spark plug tubes which make using needle nose pliers sometimes not an option.
You may have to bite the bullet and buy an Extra Deep 5/8 socket.
They're about 3" to 4" deeper than a typical deep socket or a spark plug socket.
Some auto parts stores carry them. They also sell them online.
So measure the spark plug from the base of the hex head to the top, and add another inch or so to that. That's how deep you need the 5/8 Extra Deep socket to be. Typically they're about 8" so that will be plenty deep for you.

Well start by getting needle nose pliers and pulling it out. You need to get the crap out of the way. Then you can get a socket on it

That’s going to be a problem. My only idea is to get a socket extension and put a dollop of jb weld on the end of it. But don’t do that until you try 3 or 4 other suggestions
I have an idea. No idea if it will work but it's worth a shot.
Use hammer and a long pointy punch and drive it into the corners of the square recess in the socket. (or sharpen a cheap screwdriver on a grinder or something). That will collapse the electrical connector, and compress it into the centre, hopefully freeing up the socket. Then extract the socket with strongest magnet you can find that will fit down the hole.
Then of course purchase the correct socket for your plug.
