Scotty I have a 2007 Silverado with a 6.0 is and it’s currently burning quite a bit of oil at high rpm what could I do to fix the issue my guess is either rings are worn or maybe stuck with gunk so I would like some advice on how to fix the issue

Scotty been watching you for quite some time and Im here in Houston. I have a Chevy pickup with a 6.0 and at high rpm’s the truck puffs blue smoke and consumes oil and I’m not sure if the rings are worn or they are stuck and not expanding so I would like some advice of what I could use to free them if they where stuck

Well if the rings are stuck, try the ATS oil cleaning flush. Just Google. Bernie Albuquerque ATS oil cleaner and follow directions on the can

Could be other things too. For example, the PCV valve. (Although with a 17 year old truck, the rings very likely are worn.)
